  • Payment: All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Full payment is required before we can ship your order, with the exception of approved Affirm orders.
  • Your Account: To ensure a smooth experience, please keep your account details up to date. Accurate information will help us with fast and accurate shipping, and give you access to your order history and tracking information.

Cancellations & Returns Policy

General Returns (Change of Mind) 

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 5 days of receipt for a refund.

Please note the following:

  • A $25.00 reprocessing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition you received it.

Faulty or Damaged Products We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a product error, order error, or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund. All claims must be accompanied by an unboxing video, and the item must be returned unused and in its original condition.

Order Cancellations

  • Unpaid Orders: You can cancel an unpaid order at no charge before it ships.
  • Paid Orders: For paid orders (e.g., credit card, PayPal), a refund fee may apply depending on the payment processor’s policies. There is no fee for e-transfer cancellations.
  • Layaway Orders: All deposits for layaway orders are non-refundable.
  • Abandoned Orders: Any abandoned orders, including layaways, pre-orders, and live selling orders, will be automatically cancelled. A cancellation fee of 20% of the subtotal will be charged in these cases.

Exchanging & Changing Orders

  • Layaway Item Changes: A $50.00 fee is charged for any changes to a layaway item.
  • Afterpay Orders: We are unable to make changes to orders paid for with Afterpay. If you need to make a change, the order must be cancelled with Afterpay and a new order placed.
  • Pre-Orders: Changes to pre-orders may not be possible as the item may already be in transit. A $50.00 fee will be applied to any changes we are able to accommodate.

Payments & Shipping

Payment Methods We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience, including:

  • “Wear Now, Pay Later” with Afterpay(approved payment plans only).
  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Pricing

  • All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Transparent Pricing: The price you see is the price you pay. We have no hidden fees and will notify you of any charges before you complete your purchase.

Shipping

  • Full Payment is required before shipping, with the exception of orders paid for with Afterpay.
  • Shipping fees are directly quoted by Canada Post on the checkout page. Please ensure your account’s shipping details are up-to-date for a smooth process.
  • Shipping Insurance: We include up to $100 in shipping insurance for damage. Additional insurance is available for purchase at checkout.

Combined Shipping

  • You can combine a new order with a previous one that has already been paid for shipping. Simply select the “Ship with my other order” option at checkout.
  • Important: If you select this option and do not have a pending order with a paid shipping fee, your order will be placed on hold until shipping is paid or another order is placed.

Authenticity & Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Each piece comes with an Authenticity Card that guarantees the gold karat quality, ensuring it is genuine gold and never plated or filled.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns for Damaged Items: While our jewelry is top quality, in the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, you must provide a continuous unboxing video to make a claim. This video serves as proof that the item was damaged upon arrival.
  • Return Packaging: To prevent further damage, all returned items must be packaged in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping (Canada): For approved returns, a complimentary shipping label will be provided to you via email.

Shipping & Insurance

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping is handled by Canada Post. We are not responsible for packages after they have been handed over to the carrier, as per the carrier’s terms. For your protection, all packages require a signature upon delivery.
  • Shipping Insurance: Our shipping partners provide up to $100 in coverage for lost or damaged parcels. You can purchase additional insurance at checkout to protect more valuable items.
  • Incognito Shipping (Canada only): For customers in Canada, we offer an incognito shipping option via letter mail. This option is low-cost at only $3 and does not include tracking, insurance, or protection. By choosing this option, you assume all responsibility for the package and waive all rights to claims in the event it is lost or damaged. We do not recommend this option for items valued at over $100.

Proceeds of Crime & Terrorist Financing

Zelle’s Collection takes its responsibilities under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) seriously. We are legally obligated to report all suspicious transactions and any orders totaling over $10,000 CAD to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC).

Billing & Fees

  • Transparent Pricing: The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay. There are no hidden fees. All costs, including shipping, taxes, and insurance, will be clearly itemized in your cart before you agree to pay.

  • Duties and Taxes: Canadian taxes will be collected and remitted to the CRA. International customers are responsible for paying all local duties, taxes, and import fees. If a package is returned due to your failure to pay these charges, the order will not be refunded.

Undeliverable & Abandoned Parcels

A parcel is considered undeliverable if the address is incorrect or a signature cannot be obtained. This also applies if a parcel is returned due to the recipient’s failure to pay duties and taxes.

If a parcel is undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you. You will be responsible for any costs incurred to return, re-ship, or dispose of the parcel. We reserve the right to return or dispose of the parcel at our discretion.

Right of Inspection

For legal compliance and security, we and our shipping partners reserve the right to inspect any shipment at any time.
